Available lot leases
We've set aside select areas on our private land where you can lease a lot for a camp, trailer, or other recreational use – spots where you can put down roots and enjoy nature.
Available lease areas are identified on the map with additional locations to be added over time. View the map.
Each lot has road access and clearly marked boundaries. You’re responsible for maintaining your driveway and making any improvements to the site to fit how you’d like to use it.
Lots are awarded through a competitive bid. Successful applicants will enter into a nine-year lease agreement. Lease rates vary based on location and features, such as waterfront access, and are adjusted annually by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), or a minimum of 2%.
